The person with arms outstretched, expresses both the exuberance
and energy of youth and the Christian priorities of glorifying God
with his life and proclaiming the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Found within the person is the cross of Jesus Christ,
symbolising the Lordship of Christ over one’s life as well as
the gospel message he proclaims.
Secondary in the symbol are the lines representing the globe.
As the world is drawn incomplete, it suggests that the gospel
needs to be brought to many other parts of the world
that have not heard of the salvation that God has to offer to man.
The converging lines suggest that Christian youth all over the world
will work together in reaching the millions still untold.
